Permit Application Instructions and Forms

How to Apply:

Please complete the forms and submit them along with a check or money order for the application fee made payable to Liberty Township.  As stated on the Land Use Application, you will need to include a sketch of the property showing the location and dimensions of the existing structures, the new structures, the location of the septic, the well, and all setbacks from the new construction to the property lines, well and septic.

Your application and fee should be mailed to the Township or placed in the drop box which is located to the left of front door of the Township Building.  All in person payments must be placed in the drop box, as we do not accept payments inside the building. 

Once your application and payment are received you will receive a response within 15 days and you will be notified of what building permits may be needed.

If you are looking to request a perc record, please send an email to wendypeck@libertytownshippa.org with the parcel identification number and the property's address.
